Description:
|
The walk is along the scenic Tualatin River on the Ice Age Trail and into Browns Ferry Park also on the Tualatin River. You will also see a Mammoth Skeleton that was uncovered in Tualatin on display in the Library and a Ice Cave Bear Skeleton on display in Cabala's. A full size Mammoth statue is also located along the route. Ask for the Start box at the Counter.

8639 SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd., Tualatin 97062, 503-691-9448. I-5 North or Southbound, take I-5 Exit 289. N turns left & S turns right at end of exit ramp to continue .5 miles to Tualatin-Sherwood Rd. After crossing Boones Ferry Rd., turn right into Hedges Green shopping center and to the Starbucks Store. The black file tote (walk start box) is behind the customer service counter. You need to ask for "the Walk Box" from one of the Starbucks Barista's.
Store Hours: Mon-Fri 5:30am to 7:00pm, Sat 6:30am to 7:00pm & Sun 7:00am to 6:00pm.
