Event information
Restrooms and water are available at the Start Point and the Cathedral. Pets are NOT allowed in the Start Point or on the Cathedral grounds. Cathedral Hours: 10 AM to 4:30 PM. The trail is on sidewalks & paved surfaces and goes past many Embassies and Ambassadorial residences that dot this area of Washington DC.

2616 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC 20008. (202)462-8773. BY CAR: I-495 (Capital Beltway) to Exit 33. Take MD-185 (Connecticut Ave.) south about 6 miles to Calvert St NW. Right on Calvert St NW. Park on streets weekends only or if necessary in Omni Shoreham. Hotel parking lot on Calvert (hourly rates). BY METRO: Red Line to Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams Morgan Station. Start Point is adjacent to the Metro escalators. 2 entrances: Connecticut and a rear entrance on 24th St. NW (wheelchair accessible). Start Box Location: From Conn. Ave entrance, go down stairs to McDonalds. Look LEFT.
