No restrooms or water at the Bakery. Restrooms at Safeway, 1 block south of the Bakery at Georgia & Reedie and on trail as noted in instructions. 5k Remote Start Location: Shalom Kosher Market, 1361 Lamberton Dr, Silver Spring, MD 20902. Restrooms available when open. Trails: The 5k trail goes south through Sligo Creek Park and then up to Wheaton and the Caramelo Bakery and then loops back to the start/finish. The 11k trail loops through Wheaton and then south through Sligo Creek Park to Holy Cross Hospital (restrooms) and then back up Sligo Creek Park to Wheaton and the start/finish. Special Program - Walking with America's Veterans - 11k trail only!

11301 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20902 From I-495: Washington Beltway (I-495N), Exit 31, MD-97 North (Georgia Ave) towards Wheaton, 1.8 miles. RIGHT on Price Ave. Pass the Caramelo Bakery on the left to Public Parking on right. RIGHT into the Price-Fern Parking Lot (metered parking).
