Event information
This is a woods walk, Sturdy shoes or boots are needed for the 2 woods walks. There is a 5K route on the paved roads. A $3 park entrance fee per car, unless you have a Maryland state permit. Walk during daylight hours.

Driving to the start box
From southbound Maryland Route 5 or 301 proceed to the traffic light at the intersection of Routes 5/301 and Cedarville Road. Turn left onto Cedarville Road and then an immediate left into the 7-Eleven. From northbound Maryland Route 301, proceed to the intersection with Cedarville Road and make a right turn onto Cedarville Road and then an immediate left into the 7-Eleven. Ask for the walk box at the counter. Driving directions to the start point are attached to the walk directions.
