Event information

Join us for a walk through a unique university. Established in 1972, it is nestled among 1,300 scenic acres that include a nature and wildlife area with lakes and nature trails that are not stroller/wheelchair friendly. Dogs should be left at home. The University of North Florida enrolls 17,000 students in 50 undergraduate, 25 masters and one doctoral program. A portion of the campus is used for scientific research, and area school children visit for environmental lessons. Please visit their web site, www.unf.edu.

Driving to the start

UNF Parking Lot 18, Section F2 The start point is located in the parking lot on the north side of campus. From St. John s Bluff Rd. or Beach Blvd., take Central Parkway to the north entrance to UNF. Follow this entrance road to the traffic circle (large red sculpture in the middle of the circle). Go right at the circle and then take the first right into Parking Lot 18.
