Driving to the start
1683 New Burton Rd, Dover, DE. Take Rte 13 and turn onto POW/MIA Parkway at traffic light Ollie's - Rodney Village Shopping Ctr. Continue .75 miles to the traffic light at Baden Powell Way. Turn LEFT and continue to the 2nd left. Turn LEFT and follow road to parking area in rear of Kent Cty Rec Center.
