Event information

New route in 2019, walk around the eastern part of Lady Bird Lake on the natural surface of Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike trail. Cross Congress Ave. bridge (home of a bat colony). Trail passes the Mexican American Cultural Center and de-commissioned Holly Power Plant. After recrossing water on Longhorn Dam you will be treated to fantastic views of the downtown Austin skyline as you walk on a long boardwalk over the water. Open daily.
