Hours: M-Th, Sat 10 am - 5 pm, Fri 10 am-6 pm; closed Sun. Olympia Candy Kitchen often has extended hours the two weeks prior to holidays where candy is purchased (Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas, etc). Please call 717-263-3282 for hours. **** There are two 5K trails.Either one can be done for 5K credit; both must be done for 10K credit. The 5K Ice Fest Trail covers the downtown area where the annual Ice Festival is held. It also includes part of the Chambersburg Rail Trail and the area about 1K north of the square. The 5K East Trail passes points of interest in the area east of Main St.

Driving to the start box
43 S Main St. is the address for Olympia Candy Kitchen but park near CVS Pharmacy, 125 W Washington St. The walks include the distance between CVS Pharmacy and Olympia Candy Kitchen. From I-81, take Exit 16 (US 30 W, Lincoln Way), to downtown Chambersburg. After it becomes one-way, be in the left lane. Pass the water fountain at the square. Turn left at the next traffic light onto Franklin. Turn left at traffic light onto Loudon. Be in the right lane. Turn right into the large parking lot in front of CVS. Park uphill, next to the rail trail. Restrooms are in the right rear corner of CVS. Take your IVV books with you and turn left onto the rail trail. Cross and turn right onto Queen St. Go up the steps. If using a stroller or wheelchair, go a short distance on the rail trail and cross the wooden bridge. Go uphill across the parking lot and veer right to reach Queen St. Turn left onto Main St and go to the start at Olympia Candy Kitchen. Ask clerk for walk box.
