"Free Participates" are not allowed. Everyone must pay the $3 fee. ***** Participants must wear bike helmets. The trail has a fine gravel surface. We recommend you use a bicycle with wider trails (i.e. hybrid or mountain bike rather than a road bike). **** Qualifies for the Pennsylvania Counties Program for Lycoming County (south end) and Tioga County (north end). **** There is an ice cream parlor and a Little Free Library at Cedar Run.

Event information

This event is on the Pine Creek Rail Trail which is considered one of the best trails to bicycle in the state; the entire 63.4 miles of the trail from Wellsboro Junction south to Jersey Shore is sanctioned as a bike event. If you want to do an out and back bike ride on the entire length of the trail, it is possible to do a 204K ride. Trail heads are identified at www.visittiogapa.com/railtrailmap.pdf
