Event comments
Access to start point may be affected by COVID-19 virus. The Valley Forge Visitor Center is currently undergoing an extensive renovation which could last up to 2 yrs. During construction visitors will be directed to trailers located in the lower parking lot. The walk box is located in one of the temporary trailers.

Event information
The temporary Visitor's Center is open Thursday thru Monday 10-4. closed New Years Day and Christmas Day. We have been asked when getting the walk box to immediately take the box outside to register, stamp, etc. and not return inside until finished. The walk is mostly on blacktop multi-use trails in rolling countryside in the most historical part of the park. Passes most major memorials, log huts and Washington's HQ's.
