Event comments
Start Point: register, then drive 54 miles to start point at Lamb County Courthouse 100 6th Dr., Littlefield 79339. From Plainview Comfort Suites, take I-27 south to FM-54; right on FM-54 to Phelps Ave. in Littlefield; left on Phelps Ave 3+ blocks and park on Phelps before you reach 6th St. Walk 1 block to Courthouse.

Event information
Just northwest of Lubbock in the southern part of Texas Panhandle. Area known for cotton growing and dairy. Hometown of Waylon Jennings, headquarters for Lowe's Supermarkets, Celebrate Littlefield held annually in July. Walk includes parks, schools, Duggan House Museum, and Courthouse.

Driving to the start box
Walk Box: 3615 Grandview Dr., Plainview 79072. Southbound on I-27, take Exit 49 to US-70 / Olton Rd; turn left on Olton to Grandview Dr. and right on Grandview to hotel. Northbound on I-27, take Exit 49 and turn right on Grandview.
