Event information
After registering drive to the start. Directions in box. Walk during daylight hours only. Trails are available 7 days a week but the nature center is only open Tues-Sat. During hunting seasons please call ahead to see if the trails are open 816-228-3766. Walk on the trails of Burr Oak Woods Nature Center by woodlands, glades, fields and ponds. This walk qualifies for Jackson County in the MO County Walking Special Program. Wheelchairs on 5 k only. www.facebook.com/PaceSetters644

Driving to the start box
From I-70 take exit 20 Blue Springs/Lake Lotawana MO 7. Go north towards Burr Oak Woods Conservation Area. Turn left into the Price Chopper parking lot just beyond Quik Trip. Ask for box at customer service.
