Event information

New Change - The WEST and EAST trail have been combined. One can walk West as a 5 or 10km, or East as a 5 or 11km or both as a 21km. The Walk is on the Chisholm Hike and Bike Trail, an 8 ft. wide concrete trail beside a creek that flows through a greenbelt area. The West route follows along the creek for most of the walk, goes through Jack Carter Park and covers some residential areas. On the return route you pass the Plano Veteran's Memorial Park. On the East route follows along the creek for most of the walk, goes through Big Lake Park and covers mostly residential areas. Also goes through Harrington Park and takes you near restaurant areas. The Open daily.

Driving to the start box

From US-75 take Exit-31/Spring Creek Parkway and go west to Custer Rd. The 7-11 is on the NE corner of Custer Rd and Spring Creek Pkwy. The Walk Box is behind the counter near & under the hot dog machine.
