Sublimity is 1.4 miles north of Stayton/16miles east of Salem. This route passes a pioneer cemetery, St. Boniface Pioneer Catholic Church, the Marian Estates retirement and nursing facility, and a loop into the country. WOC: Dogs, Gazebo, Engines, Emergency, Nurseries.

Driving to the start box
100 Martin. I-5 N or S, Hwy 22 (Stayton/Detroit Dam) exit go E 12 miles to Stayton/Sublimity exit. Right on Cascade Hwy. Left at first street, Whitney. 1-block, turn right on Martin and proceed to Dairy Queen parking lot. Ask for the walking box at the front counter. Let customers be served first. After registering drive 1.4 miles N to Sublimity to start walk.
