Event information

Visit this historic town once a major player in the railroad and egg industry. Walk by historic homes and repurposed buildings. See the worlds largest egg and many chickens scattered throughout the downtown area (one decorated to commemorate the 2014 Seahawk Superbowl Champions). Walk out of town to Winolequa Park along Olequa Creek. The 4th weekend of June is the annual Egg Festival.

Driving to the start box

I-5 N or S, exit 63. N turn left. S turn right. Proceed to Winlock. IGA right on SR 505. Ask for Volkswalk Box at service desk. Drive a few blocks to begin the walk. Daily, dawn to dusk.
