Description: Trail work will close the trail during the summer. M-F 5:30 am to 8:30 pm; Sat 7:30 am to 4 pm; Sun 10 am to 4 pm ROUTE: The route follows some roads, forest trails and a well maintained trail to Hurricane Hill. Breathtaking mountain and valley views all the way!! Wildflowers change with the season. Elevation is over 5000 feet. This Seasonal starts in April, but check ahead for snow conditions. Start Point / Driving Directions: 225 E 5th St , Port Angeles DIRECTIONS: From Seattle Tacoma area cross the sound by ferry or the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and proceed to the Hood Canal Bridge. Follow SR 104 to US 101. Continue on US 101 to Port Angeles. Turn LEFT on Lincoln. Turn LEFT on 5th Street. Please park on the back (west) side of the pool building. The walkbox is in the front entry. YOU MUST DRIVE TO HURRICANE RIDGE TO BEGIN THIS WALK.
