10K route visits downtown, Riverfront with carousel, crosses former RR pedestrian bridge to Polk Co., parks with veterans' memorials, State Capitol area, Willamette Univ & historic houses south of hospital; 2K extension. 6K goes to downtown, Riverfront, pedestrian bridge & State Capitol where renovations will continue in 2019. Starting point also for Capital - Governor's Mansion YRE and the seasonal Minto-Brown Island Park walk.

Driving to the start box
12/6/19: new address: Bldg B, 665 Winter St SE, Salem, OR, (503)561-5200, open 24/7. I-5 take exit 253, head to Salem City Center. Continue three blocks on Mission past 12th St traffic light. Right on Winter. Park in visitors' parking lot on left before Bldg B. Registration materials in file cabinet in Bldg B to the right of Main Entrance by elevators/restrooms. Open 24/7.
