Distance - Trail Ratings: 5K/10K - 2A
Description: Walk on paved trails and city streets with views of the Columbia River, Coulee Dam and Lake Roosevelt. Event consists of two separate 5K routes. 10K includes all three counties: Grant, Douglas and Okanogan. Upper 5K is only in Grant County and is rated 3C for steps and elevation. Lower 5K goes through all three counties and is rated 1B. Both routes have great views of the dam. Inquire at visitor center for guided tours of Grand Coulee Dam power house and time of evening laser light shows that are projected on the dam spillway nightly from May 25 through Sept. 30.

Start Point / Driving Directions: Lincoln Ave. & SR 155 North, Grand Coulee WA 99133 (509-633-9265). North on SR 155 to Grand Coulee, entering town on Midway Ave.*** Continue past Grand Coulee Dam and downhill to Visitor Center on right. Park in visitor parking lot. From Spokane: West on US 2 and SR 174 to Grand Coulee. In Grand Coulee at intersection with SR 155, turn right onto Midway Ave. and continue per (***) directions above. April 1 to May 24 open 9 to 5. May 25 to Sep. 30 open 8:30 am to 9:30 pm. Ask for walk box at visitor center info desk.
