Event information

Daily, dawn to dusk. Closed major holidays. Lacamas Park is available dawn to dusk. Walk through majestic Douglas Fir forests on pathways past two waterfalls and over a 1930s era dam that helped create Round and Lacamas Lakes. Built to supply water to a paper mill started around 1900 in Camas, this park is now a recreational playground for the community and a preserve of an ancient forest that once covered the Pacific Northwest. In the spring walkers are treated to the blooming of Camas Lilies on hillsides surrounding the trial.
