625 Delaware Street, New Castle, DE 19720 (302-322-2662) I95 North or South, take Rt. 141 (Basin) exit to New Castle ** Left on DE 273 (Delaware St.) Cross RR tracks, left at traffic island, start point on Right. NJ and I-295: exit for US 13 S to Rt. 141 (Basin) to New Castle ** Continue as above.
