Award winning Main St focus of 6K: walk through covered bridge; working grist mill; world's longest candy counter; many historic buildings, shops & restaurants; at library, statue "Pollyanna", creation of local author; enjoy Ammonoosuc riverwalk; & Dells, a conservation area. 10K adds route to Remick Park, with more challenging elevation. Start Point / Driving Directions: 145 Main St, Littleton NH. (603)444-3994. This part of Main St is Route 302. From S: I-93, Exit 41, take slight right onto Cottage St for 0.7 mi, turn left onto Main St/ Rt 302. Diner is 0.3 mi. on left. From N: I-93S, exit 42, left on 302 1.2 mi.; diner on right. Free Main St parking on Sunday, meters otherwise. You may sign in first & find parking map, which locates several free parking areas. One recommended is next to covered bridge & Senior Center, 77 Riverglen Lane.

Comments: Both 6K & 10K are offered. Optional 1k from either route to add ice cream shop. Optional shorter wheelchair or stroller friendly route including the historic Main Street only is available, rated 1A, along paved surfaces. No pets alllowed in cemetery.
