Driving to the start box

501 East Hopkins ST, San Marcos, TX 78666. Telephone: 512/393-8280. See Directions for San Marcos-Historic & University YRE (#Y0481). From Austin: Take I-35 south to San Marcos. Take Exit 205 (Hwy 80/Luling/Wimberley); turn right at traffic light and follow Hopkins St. Cross RR tracks , go through traffic light at Thorpe Ln., cross RR tracks again and go through traffic light at Charles Austin Dr. The San Marcos Activity Center is on the right, just past the San Marcos Public Library. From San Antonio: Take I-35 north to San Marcos. Take Exit 205 (Hwy 80/Luling/Wimberley); turn left at traffic light, go under overpass and follow Hopkins St.. Cross RR tracks, go through traffic light at Thorpe Ln., cross RR tracks again and go through traffic light at Charles Austin Dr. The San Marcos Activity Center is on the right just past the San Marcos Public Library.
