Event comments
This walk features many limestone structures, momuments and takes in lovely period homes. The walk goes through a cemetery with outstanding limestone carved monuments. Water and restroom is available at the start/finish and in the park. You will see carvings by WPA in Wilson Park.

Event information
Pets not allowed in cemetery, however you can bypass cemetery and still do 10K. Due to personnel turnover at Hardees, they often don't seem to know what a volkswalk is or where the box is. Tell them the box is clearly marked and is normally kept under the front counter toward the right hand end as you face the counter.

Driving to the start box
N or S, take SR 37 to US 50 E. E on US 50 (16th) to "O" St. Start/finish at Hardees. E or W, take US 50 (16th) to Hardees at corner of 16th and "O' St.
