Event information
For a glimpse of two California counties, this is the walk. The out-and-back route starts in Santa Barbara County but enters San Luis Obispo County after crossing the Santa Maria River. The turnaround is Cuyama Highway (CA-166). Check the Bull Canyon Run website (www.bcrun.org) to avoid - or enter-- the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run (May 20 in 2017). The Bull Canyon Run raises money and awareness for the Special Olympics.
