Bike sunup to sunset, daily. Starbucks hours M-F 4:30am-7:30 pm, Sat 5am-7pm & Sun 5:30am-7pm. Ask for plastic box marked "Placer Pacers" or "walk box". Please do not interrupt staff if they are waiting on customers, nor ask them Volkssport questions. The bike route is completely around Lake Natoma, through oak wooded forest and along the shoreline. There are some minor hills and about 1 mile of the ride goes through residential streets.

how to get to the event

Driving to the start box

12195 Tributary Point, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670-4508. (Gold River between Rancho Cordova and Folsom). From Sacramento, take Hwy US 50 E to Hazel exit. Left to Hazel, take first left to Tributary Point (no sign). From Placerville, take Hwy US 50 W, exit Hazel. Exit goes straight to Tributary Point. From Roseville area, take Sierra College S, becomes Hazel in Sacramento County. Turn right to Tributary Point, before entrance to Hwy US 50.
