Event information
This walk goes up to the U of Arizona "A" on Sentinel Peak located on the west side of Tucson. From the "A" you will have a great view of the City of Tucson and the Tucson valley. The walk route goes through some of the older parts of Tucson. The Beatles song "Get Back" refers to Tucson. Tucson was the capital of the AZ Territory from 1867 to 1889.

Driving to the start box
350 S. Freeway, Tucson, AZ 85745. (520)239-2329. E on I-10: exit 258 (Broadway/Congress). At intersection, continue straight on Frontage road 2 blocks to Ramada/RiverPark Inn. W on I-10 exit 258 (Broadway/Congress). Turn left. Cross under interstate. Turn left on Frontage road. Go two blocks to Ramada/RiverPark Inn on your right.
