Event comments
This walk is mostly on the campus of Miami University. There will be restrooms at the start/finish and some along the route. There are many interesting sights on the campus that are worth taking a few minutes to visit.

Event information
There are two 5k loops. Routes are mostly on sidewalks through the campus district. Pets are welcome on the trail but not inside the buildings. Clean up after your pet. This walk will go past William H. McGuffey House Museum, 401 E. Spring Street, you can visit during Thursday-Saturday 1pm to 5pm. McGuffey Museum observes Miami University closings and other special events.

Driving to the start box
6 East Sycamore St. 513-523-0000. From I-75 take exit 38. Turn west on Ohio State Route 73 towards Franklin. Follow Ohio SR 73 to Oxford. At Oxford turn right on S. Patterson Ave. (US Route 27). Turn left on High Street. Turn right on N. Main Street (Ohio SR 732). Travel four blocks. Best Western is on the corner of Main Street (Ohio SR 732) and Sycamore Street. Oxford is 40 miles north of Cincinnati; 30 miles south of Richmond, Indiana, 45 miles SW of Dayton, Ohio.
