Description: Daily. Enjoy a relaxing stroll along the lighted, paved Alcoa/Maryville Greenway. Although the route is mainly flat, there are areas of small hills of short duration. You will also cross the Alcoa Bridge for some gorgeous views of the mountains. Carrying water is recommended because water fountains may be turned off during winter months. We locals love doing this one at night for the ambiance of the Greenway lighting - do take a flashlight though. Walkers should use caution as bicyclists also use the greenway.
