Event information

These are 6 & 10 km walks in Ft. Lauderdale. The route is on the beautiful Riverwalk along the New River and on Las Olas Blvd. as well as the areas surrounding Las Olas Blvd. across the New River areas south of the river. Restrooms at start, in Las Olas Center (on riverwalk), Publix (10K). Strollers on 10k have one set of stairs to climb. Wheelchairs 6K only. Pets are allowed. Always carry water. Parking: Garage at 151 Himmarshee is $2 1st hr, $1/hr afterwards is near start (exit garage to 2d St., turn right and cross RR tracks then 2 blocks & cross to Park); street parking (on street meters at $1.50/hr) on Himmarshee St./SW 2nd St and SW 4th Ave. S Pets allowed on leash.
