You'll see historic town landmarks and stroll thru a cemetery. Restroom and water at start/finish, and on the trail. This walk takes you into 2 counties - Cuyahoga and Geauga. Pets on leash are welcome. Trail is suitable though difficult for strollers. This trail takes you through the quaint, historic town of Chagrin Falls and over Chagrin river and waterfalls where a grist mill used to run.

Driving to the start box

54 Shopping Plaza, 44022, 440-893-9384. Ask clerk for walk box. **W suburbs: I-71 or I-77 take I-480 E to I-271 N, Exit off left of I-480 to I-271 for local lanes (not Express Lanes). 2nd exit 29/Chagrin (Rt 422 & 87). Exit, far right lane. Right, stay on Rt 87 thru shopping district 1.3 miles. Right at stop sign to enter traffic circle; 2nd exit, Chagrin. (NOT on Rt 87). Chagrin passes Orange High School on right. 4.3 miles; becomes Orange. Stoplight in Chagrin Falls, right on Main, left at next stoplight, Bell. **E suburbs: I-271 S, Exit 29, Chagrin (Rt 422 and 87). Left, stay on Rt 87 thru shopping district 1.3 miles. At stop sign, make right to enter traffic circle; 2nd exit Chagrin (NOT on Rt 87). Chagrin passes Orange High School on right. 4.3 miles; becomes Orange. At stoplight in Chagrin Falls, right on Main, after next stoplight for Bell turn left. On Bell turn in 1st or 2nd driveway on right for shopping plaza. Parking; 1st rows short term; longer term to rear.
