Daily: dawn-dusk M-F; opens 7am Sat/Sun. Closed New Years Day. Restrooms available at park shelters (in season). 10km / 5km Park trail out & back on the Magruder Branch Trail; shady; cool in the summer. 10km/7km interesting Neighborhood trail.

Driving to the start box
26241 Ridge Rd (Rt 27), 20872. 301-253-3670. I-270, take Father Hurley, Exit 16A E to MD-27/Damascus. Father Hurley becomes Ridge (MD-27) crosses MD-355. Approx 7 miles from I-270 exit. Liberty Gas Station on right before 8th traffic light at Main. Street parking available in Damascus before Liberty Gas Station. Walk start point ~ 3.4 mile drive from gas station. START BOX located immediately left in station, on floor near Ice machine.
