Event information
The 10k walking course follows streets around Dahlonega, University of North Georgia, Mount Hope Cemetery, Yahoola Creek Park and other areas. Dahlonega is the site of the first major U.S. Gold Rush and the Heart of Georgia Wine Country.

Driving to the start box
84 South Chestartee St. Dahlonega, GA From Atlanta area, go up GA 400/US-19N to exit for Dahlonega. Turn left on S Chestartee (Hwy 19) and go approximately 5.5 miles. The Smith House will be on your left. The box will be at the hotel desk.
