Event comments
Rated 1B and not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. One brochure lists all FVA state park walks. Walk is on 50% shaded park trails. It includes the South Creek Nature Trail where numerous Florida wildlife is spotted. An optional, extra 1km on the nature trail is available. The park is known for its population of Florida Scrub Jays, an endangered species.

Entrance Station-1843 S Tamiami Trail. (863)483-5956. I-75 S Exit 200; SR 681 W 3.2 miles; right on US 41 for 1.7 miles; right to park. I-75 N, Exit 195, left on Laurel; right on US 41. Register at park's Entrance Station.
