Event information
The 10km walk is along sidewalks and pathways in the community of Huntington, with a scenic segment parallel with the Little Patuxent River on the Patuxent Branch Trail with the Historic Truss Bridge. The 16km trail continues on the Patuxent Branch Trail and circles Lake Elkhorn.

Driving to the start box
8600 Guilford Rd, Columbia, MD 21046-2616. From North, South, and East - from I-95 take exit 38B, (Route 32) west to the second exit (Shaker Drive) and turn right to pass over Rt. 32. Go past two traffic lights and turn left into the King's Contrivance Village Center. From West - from I-70, take Exit 80 (Route 32) east to Columbia. Exit at Eden Brook Drive (one exit past MD Rt. 29) and turn right onto Old Columbia Road. Turn left at first traffic light, Eden Brook Drive. Continue straight at next traffic light and turn left into the King's Contrivance Village Center. Park in the vicinity of McDonalds. The start box is out on the counter on the left.
