Walkers will see the famous "flat-top house" that sprang up when the Secret City was created, historic monuments to the contributions of the Secret City to victory in World War II, the Peace Bell, residential areas of Oak Ridge, and the historic Jackson Square.

Museum open M-Sat 9am-5pm, Sun 1-5pm daily except Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Day. Admission $5 Adults, $3 Children, $4 Seniors, well worth price. Take a walk into World War II history in the Secret City created for the Manhattan Project--development of the atomic bomb.

Driving to the start box
300 S Tulane. From I-40 W Exit 376-A, Pellissippi Pkwy/Hwy 162. Hwy 162 becomes Highway 62 after about 8 miles. Crossing the Solway Bridge, bear left lane, continue to Oak Ridge, through 3 traffic lights, turn right to Tulane (watch for Taco Bell on corner). Museum short distance down on left.
