9am-4pm daily. Visitors Center hours change, call park to confirm (719-576-2016) hours for day you plan to walk. Bring binoculars, sun screen and water! Enjoy all natural unpaved trails through this beautiful Colorado State Park!

Driving to the start box
St Pk Rd off Hwy 115, across from Ft Carson Main Gate. I-25 S of Colorado Springs, Exit 135, Academy/Hwy 83. Go W [toward mountains] on Academy to Hwy 115, S (left). Traffic light at St Pk Rd turn right to park, to Visitor Center. Ask at desk for Walk Box.
