Event information
Daily dawn to dusk. Trail is along the Old Stone Arch Nature Trail (former bed of the Rock Island Railroad), dotted with wildflowers and through a wetlands area, sidewalk through small town Iowa and through a picturesque cemetery. Restrooms in city park during summer months. Roadside. Trail may not be cleared after snowstorms. Trail may be slippery during cold weather. Use sunscreen and bug spray during warm months. Carry water on the trail. There is a restaurant and a Dairy Queen near the start/finish.

12 East. E or W, Exit 34 from I-80. Turn N short distance and Corn Crib - BP Gas Station on left.
