Proctor St. to N. 25th St. Safeway is on the left at the corner of Proctor and 25th. (2) From SR 16 East, exit #3 to S. Pearl St. RIGHT on S. Pearl St. to N. 21st St. RIGHT on N. 21st St. to N. Proctor St. LEFT on N. Proctor St. to N. 25th St. Safeway is on the right on corner of Proctor and 25th. Walk box in customer service area at front of store.
