Come visit beautiful and historic downtown New Braunfels, Texas. Founded by German immigrants in 1845, New Braunfels has no shortage of fascinating history and beautiful Texas German architecture.

The trail is through Texas State University, (President Lyndon Johnson graduated here), and through historic neighborhoods of San Marcos. The mermaid statues are featured on the 5k route.
